Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

To become an Affiliate, you must submit an enrollment application. We reserve the right to accept or reject your enrollment application for any reason.

As an Affiliate, you agree to promote our products or services using the affiliate links provided to you. You are responsible for all content you publish and share as part of your participation in our affiliate program.

You also agree not to use any deceptive marketing techniques to promote our products or services. In the event of a violation of this condition, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in our Affiliate Program.

As an Affiliate, you will receive a commission for each sale made through your affiliate link. The commission will be calculated based on the total amount of the sale.

There are three commission tiers:

The final commission rate will be applied to the Revenue ("Revenue") at the end of a 90 day period (the "Period", "Cycle") based on the Revenue generated through the Affiliate.

The Affiliate may request payment of their balance once it has reached the minimum amount of €20.

Payment requests will be processed within 2 business days and will be made by SEPA bank transfer or by any other means of payment that we have defined. Any fees associated with the means of payment used remain the responsibility of the Affiliate and will be deducted from the Balance.

Any payment request before the end of a Cycle will result in the closure of the current period and a new Cycle will begin on the date of the payment request.

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. We will inform you of the modifications by email or by posting the modifications on our website.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason by informing you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to respect our confidentiality policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission.

All intellectual property rights related to our Affiliate Program and our products or services remain our exclusive property.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our affiliate program or use of our products or services.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of this jurisdiction.
