General Sales Conditions

Purpose

The following general sales conditions detail the rights and obligations of Kelpom.fr and its customer in the sale of detailed information on serial numbers and IMEI.

Any service provided by Kelpom.fr implies the unconditional acceptance of these general sales conditions by the buyer.

Definitions

PREMIUM INFORMATION: Any non-free information made available by Kelpom.fr.

BASIC REPORT: Free report containing a limited amount of information on serial numbers or IMEI.

PREMIUM REPORT: Paid report containing detailed information on the serial number or IMEI of an iPhone or iPad. The Premium Report exists in three variants: Light, Classic, and HD.

"PREMIUM FLEX" PACK: Set of Tokens for the purchase of Premium information. "Premium FLEX" packs are available in different sizes: 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 Tokens.

TOKEN: Constituent unit of "PREMIUM FLEX" Packs.

"FLEX" CODE or "PREMIUM FLEX" CODE: Unique code generated for users who purchase a "Premium FLEX" pack without a Kelpom account.

Prices

The prices of Premium Reports and "Premium FLEX" Packs sold are those in effect on the day of the order. They are expressed in euros and calculated all taxes included.

Kelpom.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the ordered Premium Reports and "Premium FLEX" Packs at the prices indicated at the time of order registration.

Service Delivery

Kelpom.fr undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the ordered services as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays.

The Tokens of the "Premium FLEX" Pack are credited instantly after payment acceptance and can be used immediately to obtain premium information.

Premium information obtained through Tokens is generally available within a few seconds or minutes. In case of longer delays, the requested premium information will be made available to the customer in the FLEX history of their Kelpom account.

The processing of Light, Classic, and HD Premium Reports starts immediately after payment acceptance. If processing takes longer than expected, the customer can request to receive the Premium Report by email at any time.

Payment Terms

Purchases are paid by credit card via the Stripe payment platform or via PayPal with or without a PayPal account.

The buyer has the option to use either their personal PayPal account or to pay by credit card without needing a PayPal account.

Right of Withdrawal and Payment

According to the applicable law, the User has 14 days after the Date of Purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal and obtain a full refund without any charges for the price of the Premium Report or "Premium FLEX" Pack if it has not been used. The refund request must be motivated in writing and will be examined as soon as possible.

Unused Tokens from a "Premium FLEX" pack cannot be subject to a refund request.

The refund request is made simply by email to the following address: contact@kelpom.fr. The User must provide their first name, last name, and the email address used for the payment.

The refund will be made within 5 business days following the User's request if the request is deemed valid.
