Our mission, primarily providing reliable information from serial numbers and IMEI, does not focus on the "business model" of collecting personal data at Kelpom.fr. However, like any modern website, our partners and we use techniques that grant us access to certain data with a personal nature.

This data is intended for internal use and is never used for commercial purposes. However, it may be transmitted to administrative authorities if requested by them from Kelpom.
Data Storage, Protection, and Retention Period
All data collected by Kelpom.fr is stored in our database hosted on French servers by PlanetHoster.
The data is processed using the secure transmission protocol "https://" (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure).
They are stored indefinitely, but you have a "right to be forgotten" that you can exercise at any time and request modification or deletion (see below).
Managing Your Personal Data
In accordance with current legislation (Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
